Central Pressure Zone Pipeline
EBMUD is proposing to install a new 36-inch transmission pipeline on 23rd Street in Richmond and San Pablo. The new pipeline serves several cities along the San Francisco Bay in EBMUD's Central Pressure Zone. The preferred pipeline alignment is about 10,200 feet long and would connect to existing pipelines on Nevin Avenue in Richmond and Road 20 in San Pablo.
Workplan schedule
Construction of the Central Pressure Zone Pipeline (Richmond/San Pablo) is tentatively scheduled for 2026.
