Contract Equity Guidelines and Forms
The Contract Equity Program and Equal Employment Opportunity Guidelines describe the program and contracting objectives which also include the forms bidders must complete. The forms can be printed, legibly filled out by hand, and submitted to the project manager as part of your bid package. The forms can be filled out and sent electronically.

The Contract Equity Business Vendor Directories are firms that have self-certified the ethnicity and gender of their ownership and are in the EBMUD database.
To get the current vendor lists of subcontractors or material suppliers to assist you with your outreach, please email the Contract Equity Program Office at contract.equity@ebmud.com. We will send the lists in MS Excel format directly to your email address.
