EBMUD has partnered with Richmond Community Foundation (RCF Connects) on the Water Lifeline program to support EBMUD's Customer Assistance Program (CAP) customers who are facing an emergency and cannot pay their water bills.
If you are a CAP customer and you're experiencing an emergency that is preventing you from paying your water bill, please contact RCF Connects at 510-779-3200.

RCF Connects identifies individuals and families in need of assistance and supports them through the Water Lifeline program. Your generous donation will positively impact the lives of your neighbors. Water is life.
Anyone can make a donation to customers in need. Funds donated are directly used towards EBMUD's customers' bills.
